I don’t know about you, but I need all the help I can get to maintain my sanity in the summer. That is why with the help of my friends, I created a meal plan and grocery list for the entire summer! I would love to share this ebook “Super Easy Summer Dinners” with you.
You should probably know a few things about me first. So I’m not a food blogger, like not at ALL. You won’t find fancy meals here with lots of ingredients you never heard of. Also, I don’t like to cook or grocery shop. You won’t find any amazing culinary expertise over here. Rather, I am a mom of five kids who like to eat – EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. My family loves bacon. Like really loves it. I want to cook them a variety of meals that provide a range of nutrients and I want to be able to get in and out of the grocery store and my kitchen as fast as is humanly possible. I like plans and systems and when I am following something structured, I can breathe a deep sigh of relief knowing, “Why yes, dear, I know exactly what we are having for dinner.” Feeling in control is so freeing, isn’t it?
